We are hiring a

Working Student (m/f/d) in EMEA Legal / Global Sustainability – Remote Or Hybrid

Your Strength

  • Enrolled as a student in (International) Law (preferably after completing your undergraduate studies), Economics or Business
  • Available for 6 months
  • Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
  • Proactive, with strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English, strong German skills are preferred, but are not a must
  • Confident use of MS Office

Your Contribution

  • Assist with inquiries, data collection, and compliance topics (patient data, GDPR, contracts mapping)
  • Support contract-related tasks, including simple contracts (NDAs, PoAs), renewals, improvements, and contract management
  • Conduct research on new legislation, regulatory updates, and support with creation of presentations
  • Contribute to training activities, including creating materials, presentations, attendance tracking, and compiling Q&As
  • Assist in sustainability software implementation and data management (analysis, cleaning, upload), and sustainability requests
  • Format and design various sustainability reports and support reporting needs
