We are hiring a

Junior Controller (m/f/d) – Hechingen, Germany

Your Strength

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar field (Master’s preferred)
Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
Familiarity with NAV, BI tools, or other financial reporting systems is a plus
Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial modeling
High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
High level of discretion when working with sensitive data
A solution-oriented mindset with a "can-do" attitude
Fluent in both German and English (spoken and written)

Your Contribution

Support departments in achieving financial goals aligned with company strategy
Support in the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and HGB
Participate in budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
Provide ad hoc reporting and assist in high-visibility projects
Help drive projects and initiatives including analysis, coordination, and measurement of the results
Build strong internal partnerships by delivering timely and clear financial insights
Support process improvement and standardization across the finance team
Contribute to audits and tax filings by gathering data and preparing documentation
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of reporting systems and finance tools
Assist in training other departments in the correct use of finance systems and tools
