HR Coordinator (m/f/d)

Your Strength

  • You have a high school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or relevant field and/or equivalent experience preferred
  • You have 2+ years of HR experience
  • You have basic knowledge of employment laws and practices
  • You have the ability to multi-task in a fast-oaced and changing environment
  • You must possess a strong attention to detail and have excellent organizational skills
  • You require excellent written and verbal communication for presenting orally or in writing to all level of employees within the organization
  • You have the ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, diplomacy, and the highest level of discretion
  • Proficiency in both German and English

Your Contribution

  • You are responsible for the coordination and implementation of data, files, and processing within the employee lifecycle
  • You serve as the primary point of contact for New Employee Orientation, coordinating with managers and employees to ensure a seamless onbarding experience for new hires
  • You partner with the Employee Experience team to coordinate participation in learning opportunities
  • You encourage participation in HR sponsored activities (engagement surveys, learning events, wellbeing events)
  • You work with HR department leaders to provide data; complete or respond to internal and external audit requests n a detailed and urgent manner
  • You create and maintain various HR-related files (personnel, etc.); both digital and hard copy as requires by law or company practice
  • You maintain shared HR Email mailbox, HR calendar and track issues coming to the HR team
  • You utilize HRIS reporting tools to create routine and ad hoc reports; You use software office products to create reports
