Artivion provides employee information to external parties for routine HR functions and benefits, as well as for routine business purposes.

Artivion provides applicant information to external parties for routine background checks during the hiring process.

Employees and applicants receive additional information during the hiring and onboarding process.

Artivion does not sell or share employee information, as the terms “sell” and “share” are defined by the CPRA.

10. What about the use of our website by children?

We do not knowingly collect any personal data from children under the age of thirteen (13) without verifiable parental consent. If you become aware that a child has provided us with personal data without parental consent, please contact Artivion’s data protection officer at privacy@artivion.com. If we become aware that a child under the age of thirteen (13) has provided us with personal data without parental consent, we will take steps to delete such personal data as soon as possible.

We take reasonable steps to protect your personal data from loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Please keep in mind, however, that no Internet transmission is ever completely secure or error-free. In particular, email sent to our website may not be secure.
